I had the pleasure of taking Ana and Josh’s engagement pictures and then, their wedding photos. These two are awesome. Ana is a little firecraker – full of spunk. And Josh is quiet and stable. Together they make a great team.
On a photographer note – when couples have a large height difference it can be hard to pose them. Ana is about 5’1″ and Josh is 6’5″ which made posing them a little challenging. I tried to create poses that would allow them to be in each other’s space without accentuating their height difference. The best shots were when we could have them sitting or we could elevate Ana. That way Josh wasn’t slouching and they were able to interact with eachother naturally. Hopefully these will give you some ideas if you have similar couples in front of your lens.
