I wrote about this wedding in my post about my father passing. I shot this wedding a week after he died and I was immensely blessed by the tenderness, love, and joy that this wedding embraced. You can read about how significant this wedding was in this post.
Michael and Tiffany are the sweetest couple. When they heard that my dad had passed, they actually asked me if I needed the day of for their wedding. I was amazed that they would offer to find a new photographer a week before their wedding. That said so much to me. I assured them that I was there, 100% and that they could count on me. When I showed up to their wedding, I was greeted with huge hugs from everyone. They cared so much even though I had only met them a couple of times. I was very touched.
This wedding had an air of selflessness, celebration, and perfect timing. It was such a precious day. There was no rush and no fuss or stress. They took their time enjoying each moment and all that it held. Their first look was so precious. Sometimes bride and grooms don’t know what to do on the first look, they aren’t quite sure how they are supposed to act. Its still very genuine but its fogged with anticipation and expectation. There first look was incredibly genuine so much so that they seemed like the only two people in the world. I felt invisible. My presence didn’t halt their love for one another.
As the day went on, I was continually surprised with the couples comfort and adoration with each other. They were simply in love. I rarely posed them because they just wanted to be with each other and they reacted to one another so beautifully. They were not young and frivolous with their love. They were mature and full of intent. They had chosen each other and they were committed to serving one another. I wasn’t surprise to find out that they were strong christians. They had saved themselves for each other and you could feel the purity of their love. I remember thinking that this was such a pure representation of the bride of christ. It was truly beautiful to behold and wonderful to be a part of.
This is probably the longest set of images I have ever posted for a wedding. I think because I was so deeply touched by all of these, I just couldn’t bare to limit myself. So please enjoy their wedding. I hope that you see their love in all the images.

Dan and Nicole’s wedding was full of emotion and tenderness as well as lots of dancing. Nicole was a gorgeous bride. She looked like she could have graced the covers of a bridal magazine. She embodied grace and elegance. Dan basked in her beauty. He doted on his blushing bride all day.
Their day was so precious and tender. Nicole is the first girl (of three) to get married. So naturally the day was full of unexpected emotion. There were tears abundant. But however many tears there were, there was equally the same amount in dancing. Nicole’s dad knows how to cut a rug and he got the whole dance floor rocking.
