So I was invited to tag along at the USAA Conference (United States Apostolic Alliance) in Colorado Springs. I followed around Jeremy Burk and his band. Jeremy is the worship leader at Freedom Church in Colorado Springs. He leads some powerful worship and he plays a killer guitar. If you like Kim Walker and Jason Upton, you will love Jeremy Burk. His worship is married with the moves and swells of the holy spirit. It is always a good time to worship with him. (Plus his drummer rocks!) He just put out a new CD called Glory Sessions. My favorite song is Jealous Jealousy. Check ’em out here to listen and here to buy the CD.
I also got to meet Rick Pino and hang out a little bit with his band. They also have a new CD out called Songs for an End Time Army. It is some pretty powerful stuff. Check Rick out here. I took some pics of them playing and I had an awesome time worshipping with them. There was some great speakers with powerful messages about how this generation needs the heart and love of the father and how the church needs a great awakening to rise up the power of God inside of this younger generation. It was some good stuff. One speaker I particularly liked was Damon Thompson. He is a pretty crazy guy but he has some good things to say about the church and kingdom today.
